HEY Guys!

What are the certificate are we gonna be given because there are no details stated on your site.

However, I am just wondering, is the certification like SITHFAB012A Prepare & Serve Espresso Coffee is the same as the one Coffee Gang offered? Because there are other courses in Sydney that offer that particular cert upon completion. *within a day!*

Thank You

Phoebe

Hi Phoebe,

Thank you for posting your question here at our barista forum.

Please find attached an image of the certificate that you will receive after passing one of our courses.

The Coffee Gang is offering professional barista training on a global basis. We are renowned for our high training standards and our certificate is recognised by companies, cafes & restaurants worldwide.

However, even though we follow all standards of the 'SITHFAB012A Prepare & Serve Espresso Coffee' procedures our courses are not yet officially recognised by the Australian Government.

We know that there are lots of schools around Australia offering one day courses. But please be aware that those courses might teach you the making of espresso coffee in theory but will not deliver the practical skills.

We believe that it is impossible to learn all the skills necessary to become a professional barista in just one day.

We at The Coffee Gang highly focus on hands-on one-on-one coffee training that not only teaches you the skills but also helps you develop the confidence needed to become a professional barista and prepare you for working in the coffee industry.

Dear Phoebe, Should you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us again.

Kind Regards,

David Schneider
